Headline: Apple Launches New Help Center for Customers with Broken and Damaged Products.

April 11, 2023 – Apple has announced the launch of a new help center to provide assistance to customers with broken or damaged Apple products. The centers will be staffed with highly-trained, qualified technicians who will diagnose and fix customers’ devices.
The new help center offers customers a quick and simple way to have their devices fixed, which is a great addition to Apple’s current support services. The center is prepared to handle a variety of repairs for everything from broken screens to software problems to all Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, and Apple Watches. “Our goal has always been to provide our customers with the best possible experience, and that includes offering convenient and reliable repair services,” said Tim Cook, Apple’s CEO. “With our new help centers, we’re making it easier than ever for our customers to get the support they need and get back to using their devices.”
Customers can book an appointment with a technician either online or in an Apple Store, and receive an estimate for the repair before agreeing to the service. Repairs are completed in a timely manner, and all services come with a 90-day warranty for parts and labor.

The new help centers are expected to open this June at specific locations with more to follow!
